Join the Highland City Striders for the annual Tough 10 & Fast 5 Turkey Trot on December 1, 2024, at Ghiloni Park in Marlborough, Middlesex. This beloved 20+ year tradition features both a 10-mile and 5-mile race, with no entry fee - just bring 15 canned goods to support the Marlborough Community Cupboard. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each race, with additional prizes from local sponsors. Walkers are welcome in the 5-mile race, while a 2:15 time limit applies to the 10-mile race. Enjoy scenic courses through the hills of Marlborough and Hudson, cheered on by enthusiastic course marshals. Don't miss the national anthem performance and post-race refreshments. See you at the starting line at 9:00 am for a fun and festive day of running!

WHERE: GHILONI PARK, 239 CONCORD ROAD, MARLBORO, MA
FEATURES:
* This 20+ year Strider tradition has no entry fee! Just bring 15 canned or non-perishable goods to support the Marlborough Community Cupboard.
* The 10-mile and 5-mile courses are run simultaneously and conclude at the finish line in Ghiloni Park.
* Medals for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female finishers in both races!
* Additional prizes randomly distributed from local sponsoring businesses
* Special awards for top three largest teams!
* These beautiful courses roll through the hills of Marlborough and Hudson and are well-supported by our cheerful course marshals along the way.
* The 5-mile race is open to walkers and runners.
* A 2:15 time limit will apply to the 10-mile race. Runners who have not reached the 10/5 split after 40 minutes will be directed to the 5-mile finish line by volunteers.
* The national anthem will be performed by one of our own Highland City Striders!
* Photographers on the course!
