Every step you take contributes to enhancing the lives of older adults, ensuring they receive the care they deserve, regardless of their ability to pay.
The day kicks off bright and early at 8:30 a.m. with registration, where walk-ups are welcome for just $35. Kids can join the fun with a free 1K starting at 9:30 a.m., followed by the main 5K festivities launching at 10:00 a.m. Don’t miss the awards ceremony at 10:45 a.m., celebrating the top overall non-binary, female, and male runners. Mark your calendars for this uplifting event that combines fitness, community, and compassion in beautiful Seattle!

EVERY STEP OF YOUR 5K PATH SUPPORTS OPTIMAL LIVING FOR OLDER ADULTS, WITHOUT REGARD TO ABILITY TO PAY.
