Participants will have access to state-of-the-art Trek bikes on smart trainers and will engage in dynamic workouts that build endurance, confidence, and team spirit.
Join us every Monday at the Anne Arundel Olympic Swim Center for swim training and running drills, and on Wednesdays at the North Arundel Swim Center for cycling skills. With the option to train once or twice a week, athletes will not only prepare for the thrilling TRI Game Sports™ event but also develop lifelong skills that can open doors to collegiate competitions and scholarships. Organiser's Description
TRI GAME SPORTSTRADE MARK is a team-based triathlon training program for middle and high schoolers (ages 1118). We provide everything athletes need including swim instruction, a fleet of Trek bikes on smart trainers, and running skills in a fun, supportive, and gamified environment.
Athletes train together, build endurance and confidence, and finish the season by racing in our TRI Game Sportstrade mark event (included) or local triathlon.
Our program opens doors to college TRI clubs, NCAA womens scholarships, and a lifelong love of sport all while building a team culture of perseverance, grit, and determination so they can cross any finish line with confidence!
You can register for 1x per week or train both days: The option for both will show up upon registering for one.
Mondays are in Annapolis at the Ann Arundel Olympic Swim Center
3:50pm (4:20pm for middle school) - 5:30 - swim training / run drills, skills, and trails / functional strength fundamentals
Wednesdays are in Glen Burnie at the North Arundel Swim Center
6pm - 7:15 - swim training / cycling skills and training
