Every Wednesday, young athletes will gather to build essential skills in freestyle swimming, bike handling, and running form. They'll have the opportunity to participate in the exhilarating end-of-season Splash & Dash event, as well as local races, including youth triathlons and duathlons. TRI GAME SPORTSTRADE MARK (TGS) FOR AGES 7-10 is a youth multisport team and training program focused on building skills in swimming, cycling, and running. No prior experience is requiredour USAT certified coaches provide expert instruction to help athletes learn, grow, and thrive in all three disciplines.
Every athlete who participates in the TGS program has the opportunity to cross an epic finish line! Our fall and spring programs include an end of season Splash & Dash (ages 7-10). Athletes can also participate in local race events individually or with the team.
TRI GAME SPORTS TEAM TRAINING:
Ages 710: Athletes meet weekly on Wednesdays to build a strong foundation in freestyle swimming, bike handling, and running form. Every other week, theyll need to bring their own bike for training: swim / run week 1, swim / bike week 2, etc. If you do not have a bike, please let us know.
These young athletes develop their skills while learning and growing in a supportive team environment. Coaches make the training fun!
Aside from our own epic Splash & Dash end of season event, participants can opt to race in local youth TRIs, duathlons, and splash and dash races that are not included in this program. Registration for those is through their respective race sites.
