Under the leadership of experienced coaches, including Ironman and Kona athlete Coach Maddie and Tri-Now Head Coach Frank, participants will enjoy weekly group workouts, including swim sessions on Sundays, runs on Tuesdays, and bike rides on Saturday mornings. With a focus on building confidence, strength, and mental resilience, athletes will benefit from personalized attention in all three disciplines, along with nutritional guidance and live online meetings to keep you motivated. Tri-Now Ironman Training Program is designed to guide you every step of the way.
Led by experienced Ironman and Kona athlete Coach Maddie and Tri-Now Head Coach Frank, this comprehensive program includes structured workouts, expert guidance in all three disciplines, and built-in recovery and nutrition strategies to support your endurance journey.

We focus on building confidence, strength, and mental resilience through a periodized plan that progresses with your fitness. From long bricks to race day simulations were with you from start to finish line.

WHAT YOULL GET THE PROGRAM:

* Weekly Group Workouts with a dedicated program coach

* Group Swim Workout on Sundays at 6pm
* Group Run Workout on Tuesdays at 6:30pm
* Group Bike Workout on Saturday mornings

* 30-week Training Plan delivered via Training Peaks
* Skills Clinics and/or baseline and predictive evaluations*
