Age restrictions
- Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2025 to participate in the Olympic Triathlon and Olympic Aquabike Distances.
-Participants must reach the age of 16 by 12/31/2025 to participate in the Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike Sprint Distances.
NO DOGS ALLOWED AT TRINONA. Winona City Ordinance 36.03 prohibits dogs on the east half of Lake Park. Since this is where Trinona takes place, we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
As a USAT sanctioned race, the Trinona follows all rules of the US Center for Safe Sport, including the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies.
