Participants can choose between a thrilling Sprint Triathlon, which features a refreshing half-mile swim in the pristine waters of Great Pond, a rolling 13-mile bike ride, and a challenging 5K run to the finish line. For those who prefer to skip the swim, the Sprint Duathlon offers a perfect alternative, starting with a 2-mile run, followed by the same 13-mile bike ride, and concluding with the exhilarating 5K run. Whether you are a seasoned competitor or a newcomer, the TriRidgefield Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon promises a day filled with fun, camaraderie, and athletic achievement!
