Join us for the annual Trout Days Run/Walk on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the scenic Glacial Valley Park in Cross Plains! This exciting event features a 5K run and a 1-mile run/walk, both with wave starts kicking off at 8:30 AM, along with a special Troutlet Trot for children, approximately 1/4 mile long, starting at 8:15 AM. Enjoy the thrill of competition while supporting park safety projects in the community.
Participants in the 5K and 1-mile events will receive official timing, and all finishers will earn a medal to commemorate their achievement. Don’t forget to register by April 15 to guarantee your event T-shirt, as supplies are limited for late registrants. Packet pickup will take place on Friday, May 1, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Glacial Valley Park. Mark your calendars and get ready for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit!

Organiser's Description
Cross Plains Parks and Rec invites you to the annual Trout Days Run/Walk! It will start and finish at Glacial Valley Park on Bourbon Road/Hillebrand Drive. There will be a 5k run and 1 mile run/walk with wave starts. First wave begins at 8:30am. In addition, there will be a short Troutlet Trot: Race for Children (~1/4 mile) at 8:15am. Proceeds will go towards park safety projects. *Official timing will be provided for the 5k and 1 mile run/walk. T-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants, register by April 15 to guarantee a shirt. Medals provided for 5K and 1 mile run/walk as you cross the finish line.
