Women will take on 3 TRY challenges followed by Yoga with Carmen. One mile/walk run plus two other fun events for the TRY.
Snack & drinks provided. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Wear shoes to run/walk. After the TRY challenges and yoga, you are welcome to stay and hang out beside and in pool. Bring an extra pair of shorts & shirt.
