Get ready for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit at the 22nd annual Tulare Santa Fe Trail-A-Thon 5k, taking place on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, in the beautiful Live Oak Park, Tulare. This exciting event not only promotes health and wellness but also supports the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club's scholarship program, which has already provided $5,000 to deserving high school seniors and aims to expand its impact with an additional $1,500 scholarship for trade school students in 2024.
Participants of all ages are welcome to join this free event, made possible by generous local sponsors. Every finisher will receive a medal and lanyard, with special winner medals awarded in various age categories, from 9 & under to 60+. The fastest Male and Female runners will also take home an individual trophy and a $100 Big5 gift card. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this uplifting community event—register today, as spaces are limited! Onsite registration and bib pickup will begin at 8 am and conclude at 8:45 am. The 22nd annual Tulare Santa Fe Trail-A-Thon 5k is organized by the Tulare Sunrise Rotary club. All sponsorships benefit the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club High School scholarship program. In 2023, our club was able to offer a $5,000 scholarship to a Tulare High School senior and we will do so again in 2024. In 2024, the club is planning to add an additional $1500 scholarship for a Tulare senior interested in a trade school. There is no cost to participate in the Trail-A-Thon 5k thanks to our generous sponsors. The event begins and ends at Live Oak park in Tulare. All race finishers will receive a medal and lanyard. We also offer winner medals for each race group: Female: 9 & Under, Male: 9 & Under; Male: 10 - 14, Female: 10 - 14; Male: 15 - 19, Female: 15 - 19; Male: 20 - 29, Female: 20 - 29; Male: 30 - 39, Female: 30 - 39; Male: 40 - 49, Female: 40 - 49; Male: 50 - 59, Female: 50 - 59; Male: 60+, Female: 60+. In addition to the winner medals the Male and Female runners with the fastest time will receive an individual trophy and a $100 Big5 gift card. Register today as we have limited spaces.
