Participants will enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere while supporting a worthy cause—the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club's High School Scholarship Program, which aims to empower local students with educational opportunities.
With free registration made possible by generous community sponsors, this year's race has already sold out, reflecting the immense enthusiasm surrounding this popular event. Runners will receive commemorative medals upon finishing, and awards will be presented to the top finishers in each age group, as well as special trophies and gift cards for the fastest male and female runners. Join us for a memorable morning as we come together to promote education and enjoy a fantastic 5K experience on the Santa Fe Trail!

Get ready to join the community for the 22nd annual Tulare Santa Fe Trail-A-Thon 5k, hosted by the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club! This fun and impactful event supports the clubs High School Scholarship Program, which in 2023 awarded a $5,000 scholarship to a Tulare High School senior. This year, were excited to expand our impact by offering an additional $1,500 scholarship for a graduating senior interested in trade school.
EVENT DETAILS:
DATE & LOCATION: The race begins and ends at Live Oak Park, Tulare, offering a scenic route and plenty of space to enjoy the day.
TIME: Onsite registration and bib pickup will run from 8:00 am to 8:45 am, with the race starting promptly after.
FREE REGISTRATION: Thanks to the generous support of our local sponsors, the Trail-A-Thon 5k is completely free to enter. Dont miss outspots are limited, so register today to secure yours!
AWARDS AND PRIZES:
FINISHER MEDAL: All finishers will receive a commemorative medal and lanyard.
AGE GROUP AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to top finishers in each age group: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
FASTEST RUNNER AWARDS: The top male and female runners will each receive a special trophy and a $100 Big5 gift card!
