THE TURKEY DAY 5k IS LOCATED AT MOUNTAIN RIDGE HIGH SCHOOL, FROSTBURG!

We have plenty of room for walkers at the event! $25 Entry fee.

THE 25th ANNUAL TURKEY DAY 5K RACE WILL START AT THE SHEETZ/BUS EXIT AT THE SCHOOL on THURSDAY NOVEMBER 23, 2023.
THE COURSE IS A RELATIVELY FLAT 5K COURSE WITH A FEW CHALLENGING HILLS THROUGH SECTIONS OF THE SCHOOL CAMPUS AS WELL AS SEVERAL RESIDENTIAL STREETS AND THE FROSTBURG CEMETERY.
Sign UP:
EARLY PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ADULTS IS $25 and runs through SUNDAY NOVEMBER 19.
Child/Student Discount (child-19 years-old) Pre-Registration: $15
THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED AT PAYMENT ... IT DOES NOT SHOW THE DISCOUNT UNTIL AFTER YOU PAY... SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION.
LATE REGISTRATION IS $30 (MONDAY Nov. 20th through race day start time).
T-shirts will be presented until supplies run out ... we order as many pre-ordered shirts as possible but the cut-off date is determined by my supplier. We will do our best to provide a shirt for each participant. HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARENTEE A T-SHIRT FOR SAME DAY REGISTRATION AND LATE PRE-REGISTRATION RUNNERS.
AWARDS: COFFEE MUG awarded to the top male and female for the 5k run. Pumpkin pies are presented to the top 3 finishers in each age group.
Age groups: 1-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39. 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70
The proceeds from this race benefit the Mountain Ridge Running Programs.
