Join the Tau Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Montevallo for their inaugural Turkey Trot 5k/1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, November 9, 2024, in Montevallo, Shelby. This exciting event will take place on the campus of the University of Montevallo, with proceeds going towards Make-A-Wish Alabama. Participants who register by October 20, 2024, will receive a race t-shirt and a Turkey Trot finisher medal. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers of the 5k. The schedule includes registration and packet pick up at 7:00 am, a welcome and pre-run stretch at 7:30 am, and the races starting at 8:00 am. The Tau Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Montevallo is hosting their first Turkey Trot 5k/1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, November 9, 2024. This event will be held on the campus of the University of Montevallo, and proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish Alabama. Participants of both the 5k and the 1-mile events who are registered by Sunday, October 20, 2024, will receive a race t-shirt and a Turkey Trot finisher medal. There will be awards for the overall male and female winners of the 5k.
