Get ready to kick off the day at 7:00 am with registration and packet pick-up, followed by a welcome and pre-run stretch at 7:30 am. The races will officially start at 8:00 am, and participants registered by October 20, 2024, will receive a commemorative race t-shirt and a Turkey Trot finisher medal to celebrate their achievement. Plus, there will be awards for the overall male and female winners of the 5k! The Tau Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Montevallo is hosting their first Turkey Trot 5k/1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, November 9, 2024. This event will be held on the campus of the University of Montevallo, and proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish Alabama. Participants of both the 5k and the 1-mile events who are registered by Sunday, October 20, 2024, will receive a race t-shirt and a Turkey Trot finisher medal. There will be awards for the overall male and female winners of the 5k.
