For the little ones, the Kid's Turkey Dash promises a memorable experience with turkey headbands and a thrilling 100-meter race. The top three finishers in each category—Male, Female, and Non-Binary—will earn a special prize of their choice from Starting Line Gear! Plus, all participants will receive fantastic goodies, including running buffs, reflectors, and a free group class card.
In the spirit of giving, 50% of the proceeds from the event will be donated to WinterKids, making this not just a race, but a charitable celebration. Join us for our 3RD ANNUAL TURKEY TROT TUNE UP to celebrate our 5th Anniversary! Shake off those race cob webs before the Turkey Trot races come through later in the month and enjoy a lovely run around Back Cove (3.5mi)! We also have A FUN TURKEY DASH where kids will have turkey headbands and race a 100m before the start of the Tune Up Race. Top 3 M / F / Non-Binary will receive their choice of Starting Line Gear! Strollers and dogs on leash are welcome to join for the run! We kindly ask that you start at the back of the pack for everyone's safety :).

The newest addition to our event, we're inviting kids up to 13 to participate in our Turkey Dash. A completely free event right before the start of the Tune Up so the whole family can be involved! There will be turkey headbands available for the kiddos for a little extra fun!
