Get ready to kick off the holiday season with the 4th Annual Turkey Trot Tune Up and Kid's Turkey Dash on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in beautiful Portland, Cumberland! This lively event is the perfect opportunity to shake off the race cobwebs before the big Turkey Trot later in the month. Participants can enjoy a scenic 3.5-mile run around Back Cove, while our young athletes can join the fun with a spirited 100-meter Turkey Dash, complete with adorable turkey headbands!
Everyone is welcome, including strollers and leashed dogs, making it a fantastic family outing. Plus, the top three finishers in each category—Male, Female, and Non-Binary—will receive their choice of Starting Line Gear. As a special treat for our anniversary celebration, all registrants will receive a free Group Class Card, and we’re excited to announce that 50% of the event's proceeds will go to WinterKids, supporting outdoor activities for children. Enjoy a delicious post-race pancake breakfast while contributing to a great cause! Join us for running, pancakes, and charity—this is an event you won't want to miss!

Join us for our 4TH ANNUAL TURKEY TROT TUNE UP to celebrate our 6th Anniversary! Shake off those race cob webs before the Turkey Trot races come through later in the month and enjoy a lovely run around Back Cove (3.5mi)! We also have A FUN TURKEY DASH where kids will have turkey headbands and race a 100m before the start of the Tune Up Race. Top 3 M / F / Non-Binary will receive their choice of Starting Line Gear! Strollers and dogs on leash are welcome to join for the run! We kindly ask that you start at the back of the pack for everyone's safety :).

OPENS TOMORROWThe newest addition to our event, we're inviting kids up to 9 to participate in our Turkey Dash. A completely free event right before the start of the Tune Up so the whole family can be involved! There will be turkey headbands available for the kiddos for a little extra fun!
