5K RUN/WALK
We want to welcome you to the 2025 Ultimate Health Day 5k hosted by the Emerging 100 North Metro Atlanta Chapter!
The 5k will provide an opportunity for registrants to participate with friends and family in an activity that promotes cardiovascular health and well-being, and the proceeds of the 5k will be used to provide community education on public health topics such as mental health awareness, youth nutrition, diabetes nutrition and awareness, and other community health initiatives.
Our chapters programming impacts the North Metro Atlanta counties through our pillars of Mentorship, Education, Economic Empowerment, and Health and Wellness. This impact includes a cumulative amount of $200,000 awarded in scholarships, 200+ youth served via our Men of Tomorrow Mentorship program, and 250+ youth served via our education program.
