YOURE IN. WELCOME TO ULTRATRAX GORE MOUNTAIN.
Get ready for a full day of movement, challenge, and time on the trails at Gore Mountain in the heart of the Adirondacks.
Your course takes you from forest to ridgeline through Gores rugged mountain terrain, weaving together shaded woods, creek-side trails, rooty stretches, mountain roads, and sustained climbs. With dense Adirondack forest surrounding much of the route and glimpses of the mountains and valleys beyond, Gore is a course that rewards the work you put into every mile.
Whether youre here to walk 7 miles or push all the way to 28, the challenge is yours to define.
10 hours. One 7-mile loop. Four distances. How far will you go?
Complete your goal within the 10-hour event window. Want another layer of challenge? Take it on with a 10, 20, or 35 lb. ruck or weighted vest.
The course will be clearly marked from start to finish, with well-stocked aid stations positioned along the route to keep you fueled and moving.
TREK DAY
Gore Mountain
North Creek, New York
The start line is open between 7am10am and is divided into corrals based on distance. 28 milers get started at 7am, 21 milers at 7:45am, 14 milers at 8:30am, and 7 milers at 9:15am.
UltraTrax is not a race, but it is a timed endurance event. Youll have up to 10 hours to complete your chosen distance.
Move at your pace. Take breaks when you need them. Then keep going.
BIB PICKUP
Your bib may be mailed to you in advance or picked up on event morning.
Participants registering after the bib-mailing cutoff must pick up their bib in person.
TAKING ON THE RUCK CHALLENGE?
If you registered for a weighted division, youll need to bring your own ruck, backpack, or weighted vest.
Your pack will be weighed before you begin. Everything in the pack counts toward your required weight except perishable food and drinks.
WHATS WAITING AT THE FINISH
Finishers will receive:
* A custom UltraTrax finisher medal (Grey Wolf Medal for 28 and 21 milers, Trail Wolf Medal for 14 and 7 milers)
* UltraTrax event T-shirt
* UltraTrax patch
* Additional swag for weighted divisions
After your trek, stick around and enjoy the Base Camp atmosphere. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, with space to recover, refuel, and celebrate with other participants.
Friends and family are welcome to join you at Base Camp.

Much of the course travels beneath the canopy of Gores dense Adirondack forest, following shaded trails through hardwoods and evergreens before opening periodically to wider mountain terrain and views beyond.
_The Higher You Go, the Better It Gets_
As the course climbs, the landscape changes with it. Creek-side stretches and deep woods give way to broader ridgelines and elevated sections with glimpses across the surrounding Adirondack mountains and valleys.
_A Challenge You Choose_
There is no single definition of success at UltraTrax. Walk your first 7 miles, chase 28, or add weight and see what you can carry.
_Support Along the Way_
Expect a well-marked course, stocked aid stations, event staff, and a community of people working toward their own goals alongside you.
