THE UNION CITY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCIL IS EXCITED TO PARTNER WITH OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT TO HOST A CHARITY RUN IN HONOR OF OFFICER BRANDON OWENS - WHO FELL ILL AFTER CONTRACTING COVID-19 WHILE WORKING IN THE LINE OF DUTY. ANYTIME AN OFFICER IS LOST, THE EFFECTS ARE FELT THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY - THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IN A SMALL TOWN LIKE OURS.
WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE INAUGURAL FAST "KEEP PACE" 5K RUN. FAMILIES AND FOLKS OF ALL ABILITY LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO ALSO COME TOGETHER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE 1-MILE FAMILY FUN RUN/WALK - ALL SPONSORED THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE UNION CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND UNION CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
