Participants can choose from a variety of race distances, including a challenging 5km beach run and open water swims of 5km, 2.5km, 1.5km, and 1km, catering to athletes of all levels. The day kicks off with the park opening at 7:00 AM, followed by a series of briefings and exciting race starts, beginning at 8:00 AM. Families are encouraged to join in the fun, with special events for kids, including a 12 and under Aquathlon and learn-to-swim activities in shallow water.
