Participants can choose to compete in the thrilling 5K run beginning at 8 AM or join in the Tour of Loveland bike ride at 9 AM.

Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or a biking enthusiast, there’s something for everyone! Don’t forget to pick up your race packets on Friday, August 1st from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, or 45 minutes prior to your race start time on event day. Organiser's Description
With over 150 runners expected and even more spectators, this will be an amazing year for the 42nd Valley 5000, hosted by Sweetheart City Racing. This run/walk will begin in Mehaffey Park on August 2, 2025 at 8:00am. We are going to have a new Non-Profit Partner for the Valley 5000. Stayed tuned for more info. It is another local non-profit we are excited to partner with. The 5K starts at 8am and the Tour of Loveland starts at 9am. You can sign up to run and bike as well!
Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Early packet pickup will be at TBD, Friday, August 1st, 5:30-6:30pm. Please DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. We will be setting up and getting ready to start at 5:30pm. You can also pick up your packets 45 min prior to your race start time at MeHaffey Park on Aug 2nd.
