Venom Baseball Home Run 5K and 1 Mile

Carolina Venom Baseball organization is excited to host the first Venom Baseball Home Run 5K and 1 Mile! Carolina Venom Baseball is a non-profit travel baseball organization that strives to teach sportsmanship and skill development in players ages 8-15 and instill core values that will have a lasting impact on their lives. The race will start and stop at the Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center baseball fields. The race is a timed event that winds through the ball fields on a paved course. This race is rain or shine but may be canceled if there is severe weather, such as thunderstorms or snow/ice. In the event the race is cancelled, we will consider your payment as a donation to Venom Baseball.

We welcome and encourage both runners and walkers. Strollers and dogs are allowed! Whether your goal is to win first place or to stroll with friends, we would be thankful for your participation.

Early Registration: 5K - $30 / 1 Mile Fun Run - $10. Toddlers under 2 free (in a stroller)
Earlybird registration will end 2/14/25

Race Fees (after 2/14/25): 5K - $35 / 1 Mile Fun Run - $15 / Toddlers under 2 free (in a stroller)
**Event shirts will be included with Early Bird registration for 5K participants ONLY. We will have a limited number of t-shirts for sale on race day.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top male and top female in the following age brackets for the 5K:
12 & under
13-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70+
