Organiser's Description
We are delighted to present the 2nd annual Augusta Veteran Run! This 5k Run is dedicated to the veterans who have served for our country. Our veterans have given their lives to protect and preserve our country. We want to help veterans who are affected with PTSD and physical disabilities since they have made the greatest sacrifice of putting their life on the line for us and deserve this run as a favor. The money for the race will go to the Wounded Warriors Project. This organization has been serving veterans for 23 years, providing mental health help, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care. Come out and join us to support the ones who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms!
REMEMBER
This race will have bibs, which will be given to each participant at the race. There will also be prizes for the top 3 winners and free Fleet Feet coupons. Lastly remember to have fun!
