You'll have the unique opportunity to cross the iconic Veterans Memorial Bridge, taking in stunning views from both the eastbound and westbound sidewalks, along with a scenic route through the park to complete the official 5K distance.
All registered participants will receive a finisher medal, celebrating your achievement, while awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the best runners in each age group. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet at the Palm City Chamber of Commerce prior to race day, or at the park on the morning of the event. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit as we honor our veterans and enjoy this fantastic 5K experience!

Organiser's Description
Join the Palm City Chamber of Commerce, local veterans, and our community at Jock Leighton Park for the annual Veterans Memorial Bridge 5K. Whether you choose to run or walk, participants will cross the Veterans Memorial Bridge using both the eastbound and westbound sidewalks, with a short section through the park to complete the official 5K distance.
Each registered participant will receive a finisher medal, and awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female runners in each age group.
PACKET PICK UP:
Packet pickup will take place at the Palm City Chamber of Commerce Office (also known as the Palm City Community Center) located directly at the foot of the Palm City Bridge:

Thursday, November 12th: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM 7:00 PM
T-Shirts: If you registered before the cutoff date of October 31st, your shirt will be included with your packet.
Race Day Packet Pickup:If youre unable to make it during the scheduled pickup times, well also have packet pickup available the morning of the race at Jock Leighton Park, underneath the pavilion in front of the playground.
