The Vincennes Historical Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Free Kids Fun Run is the newest premier racing event taking place on April 26th in Vincennes, IN. This community-focused race showcases the rich history and scenic charm of Indiana's oldest city. Participants of all skill levels can all play their part in running for a better future of the Vincennes community. Organized by the Rotary Young Leaders of Vincennes, the earnings from this race go towards quarterly grants for local non-profits, scholarships and city improvement projects.

The YMCA will be hosting a FREE Kids Fun Run. Participants will be given the opportunity to participate in the 5 week, self paced Half Marathon program. With this program, kids will complete 12.6 miles from March 18 to April 21, finishing the final leg of their 13.1 mile journey on April 22. More info: -The first 1/2 mile will be ran at the YMCA St. Patrick's Day 5K on March 18 at 10am. -Remaining mileage will be self-paced and tracked on each kid's runners log, which will be distributed at the St. Patrick's Day 5K. -Runners will receive rewards for every 3 miles they complete and have checked off at the YMCA! Rewards include Free kids meal from Texas Roadhouse, Ice Cream Cone from Culvers, and Breadsticks from Main Street Bobe's Pizza!
