Join us for the annual VIRR Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 28, 2024, in beautiful Kula, Maui! This exciting Thanksgiving tradition invites participants to kick off their holiday celebrations with a fun 5K run/walk at the picturesque Keokea Park. The event will begin at 7:00 AM, with the race starting promptly at 7:30 AM.
Dress up in your silliest costume for a chance to win awards for the funniest outfits, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow runners and walkers as you traverse the scenic route from Keokea Park to Thompson Road and back. As an added bonus, all VIRR club members can participate for free! Don’t forget to arrive early to snag your exclusive Turkey Trot T-shirt, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This year, we are also supporting Maui's Food Bank by collecting non-perishable food donations and monetary contributions. Come out for a morning of fitness and fun while giving back to the community. We can’t wait to see you there!

Organiser's Description
Every Thanksgiving VIRR hosts the Turkey Trot run at Upcountry Maui, a perfect way to spend your early morning before celebrating Thanksgiving with your family or friends. VIRR club members run for free! (Club member discount will be automatically applied during checkout). We will meet at 7:00am and the run starts at 7:30am.

The Turkey Trot will be held at Keokea Park located at 218 Lower Kula Rd. in Kula. The route will be a 5K run/walk starting at Keokea Park to the end of Thompson Road and back to the park. Get dressed up in your best silly costume to celebrate Thanksgiving! Awards will be given to the top 3 participants with the funniest costume! We can't wait!
T-shirts will be made available! First come, first served so arrive early to get yours!
