Participants can complete a 5k (3.1 miles) in their own unique way—whether it's walking, running, rolling, swimming, or pedaling—allowing everyone to join in from the comfort of their own home or local area.
Gather your friends, family, or colleagues to participate together and create a race group or team! The registration fee is just $30, which includes a stylish unisex T-shirt and bib, and those who register by July 25th can take advantage of early bird pricing. Plus, as a 501(c)(3) charity, your participation helps support vital resources for the ostomy community. Join the movement! ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2025, LETS CELEBRATE WORLD OSTOMY DAY BY PARTICIPATING IN THE VIRTUAL RUN FOR RESILIENCE OSTOMY 5K. This marks the 11th year of our empowering Virtual 5k event as well as United Ostomy Associations of Americas 20th Anniversary!
Complete the 5k your waywalk, run, roll, swim, pedal, or even count your steps on the journey leading up to the big day. Whether outdoors or on a treadmill at home, the choice is yours to celebrate resilience and unity in the ostomy community.
Gather your friends, family, colleagues, or fellow ASG members to honor this milestone together. Every step you take helps support UOAAs vital mission. As a 501(c)(3) charity organization, your generous donations are tax deductible.
