Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the inaugural Virtual Viper Dash, taking place from May 10th to June 10th, 2025, in beautiful Verona, Essex! This exciting virtual event features two race options: a competitive 5K (3.2 miles) and a family-friendly 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, making it perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're racing for a medal or simply looking to support a great cause, every step you take contributes to the Verona Velocity Track & Field Club's mission of helping young athletes achieve their personal bests.
Participants can choose their own day, time, and route to complete their race within the event window. Plus, the top three finishers in each age group for the 5K will receive a custom Viper Dash medal! Sign up online, track your progress, and submit your results to be recognized for your accomplishments. Presented by Verona Velocity Track & Field Club
Lace up and show your speed from wherever you areit's time for the first annual Viper Dash! Join us for a virtual 5K or a 1-Mile Fun Run open to all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're racing for a medal or just running to support our team, every stride makes a difference.

You choose the day, time, and routejust complete your race within the event window.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Your race fee is a donation to the Verona Velocity XC, Track & Field Club, helping offset essential costs like travel, meet fees, and lodging for our athletes. Currently, our athletes are training towards individual PRs in their respective races and making it to Districts, Regionals, AAU Nationals, New Balance Nationals, and AAU Junior Olympics.
AWARDS:
The top 3 finishers in each age group, and by gender, for the 5K will receive a custom Viper Dash medal!

PROOF OF PARTICIPATION:
To be eligible for awards and recognition, runners must submit:

Submission must fall within May 10th June 10th, 2025
