For our younger athletes, there’s a delightful 2K Fun Run that promises smiles and excitement! Be sure to note the new start times: the 10K at 7:00 AM, the 20K at 7:10 AM, the 5K Run at 9:00 AM, the 5K Walk at 9:15 AM, and the 2K Fun Run at 10:00 AM. Organiser's Description
The Frankenmuth Jaycees are proud to host their annual Independence Day races! The Volksl"aufe, German for "The People's Race," is held annually in celebration of family, friendship, and fitness! The races certified 5K, 10K, and 20K courses begin and end in beautiful Heritage Park. The scenic routes wind runners around historic Frankenmuth, over the famed Holzbr"ucke wooden bridge and the Cass River. For our younger race enthusiasts, there is also a family-friendly 2K Fun Run!
Please Note: All race times have CHANGED one hour! With the following start times:
10K- 0700 AM
20K- 0710AM
5K Run- 0900 AM
5KWalk- 0915 AM
2K Fun Run- 1000AM
