Come walk with us! Join the Laurens Kids foundation and thousands of walkers across the state for the 2024 Walk in My Shoes 1,500-mile trek across Florida beginning in Key West! Walk for 3 miles or moreevery step counts in the fight to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal.
#WHYWEWALK: Together, were walking during the month of April National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month to raise awareness, educate communities, and empower survivors.
We'll start registration at the Women's Center of Jacksonville at 9:00 am on Thursday, April 18, 2024, and begin walking at 9:30 am. We'll walk 3.4 miles to First Korean Baptist Church where we'll take a water break. Those feeling adventurous can continue on with us for even more miles.
