Join the Laurens Kids foundation and thousands of walkers across the state for the 2025 Walk in My Shoes 1,500-mile trek across Florida. April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month every step counts in the fight to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal.

We'll start registration at TBD location in Downtown Miami at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 4th, and begin to walk at 1:00 PM. Our planned walk is 5 miles, and we'll take short water breaks along the way with our friends at both Kristi House and the Roxcy Bolton Treatment Center! Like in years past, we are partnering with Uber to provide the ability for walkers to drop at any point they wish and ride share their way off of the walk route. Ride Share codes will be provided to walkers at registration. All participants will receive a t-shirt and drawstring backpack at registration.
