The flags will be posted at the halfway point. First person to capture the flag and bring it across the finish lines wins that division. If another person in that division catches up to the flag holder en route, they can tap out the runner, and capture the flag. The tapped out runner gives up a 10 yard advantage and can then immediately resume the race and try to recapture the flag. No fighting allowed, just good clean fun.
