Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Sixth Annual WESD 5k Fun Run and Walk, happening on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the beautiful ASU West Campus in Glendale, Maricopa! This exciting event invites participants of all ages to join in on the action, with a 5k run/walk that promises to be an unforgettable experience. Kick off the day with a vibrant Health Fair from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m., followed by registration and check-in from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
The atmosphere will be electric as runners and walkers gather for welcome announcements at 9:00 a.m., leading into the highly anticipated Kids Dash at 9:05 a.m. and a guided stretch at 9:15 a.m. The main 5k event will start promptly at 9:15 a.m., so be sure to arrive on time! Participants will enjoy water and healthy snacks before and after the race, and awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in each age division. The Sixth Annual WESD 5k Walk/Run Event will take place on Saturday, February 21 at the ASU West Campus. All participants will be timed and awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers!
* Health Fair: 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.
* Registration/Check In: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
* Welcome Announcements: 9:00 a.m.
* Kids Dash: 9:05 a.m.
* Guided Stretch: 9:15 a.m.
* 5k Begins: 9:15 a.m.

Runners/walkers will not be allowed to start more than 5 minutes past the start time for safety and contractual reasons, so please be on time as we want you to participate!
Water and healthy snacks will be available before and after the race.
