Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the What We're Thankful 4-Miler on Thursday, November 27th, 2025, in the vibrant city of Youngstown, Mahoning! This annual Thanksgiving celebration promises a fun-filled day for participants of all ages, with a 4-mile race and a 3k walk kicking off at 8:30 AM on McClurg Rd. The excitement begins earlier with the kids' race, starting at 8:00 AM at the outdoor track near the finish line.
The first 400 entrants will receive a limited edition tassle hat, making this event even more special. Plus, age group winners will take home delicious pumpkin pies, and the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as masters and grandmasters, will be recognized for their outstanding performances. With age group categories spanning from 15 & under to 70 & over, there’s a place for everyone to shine. Be sure to pick up your race packet at Second Sole on November 26th or at the Davis Family YMCA on race day starting at 7:30 AM. Join the community for a day of gratitude, health, and friendly competition!

Packet Pick up will take place at Second Sole on Wednesday 11/26 from 11AM - 5PM. Race day packet pick up will start at 7:30AM at the Davis Family YMCA.
4-Mile age group winners receive a pumpkin pie! Top 3 overall male and female, top master (40+), and top grandmaster (50+). Top 3 male and female in each age group: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
The kids race starts promptly at 8:00 AM at the outdoor track near the finish line. The 4-Mile and 3k Walk will start at 8:30 AM on McClurg Rd.
