Get ready for an exciting day of athleticism and community spirit at the 14th Annual White Squirrel Triathlon, taking place on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, in the beautiful Olney, Richland. This exhilarating event welcomes participants of all skill levels, from seasoned triathletes to enthusiastic beginners. The race features a challenging yet accessible sprint triathlon format, starting with a refreshing 200-meter swim in the outdoor pool at Musgrove Park and Aquatic Center. Athletes will then transition to an 11.5-mile bike ride (helmets required) before finishing strong with a scenic 5K (3.1-mile) run/walk.

Emphasizing inclusivity, the White Squirrel Triathlon encourages youth ages 10 to 11 to participate in teams, while those 12 and older can compete individually or as part of a team in any discipline.
