GET READY FOR THE WHITEFISH TRAIL BLAZER EVENTS COMING UP ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH AT WHITEFISH MOUNTAIN RESORT AND OCTOBER 5TH IN THE BEAVER LAKES AREA!
JOIN FLATHEAD RUNNING COMPANY, THE WHITEFISH TRAIL BLAZER PRESENTING SPONSOR, FOR TWO FUN EVENINGS LEADING UP TO RACE DAY. Each evening will feature a 15-20 minute educational talk with a guest speaker, followed by a 4-5 mile easy run for all paces/levels (no runner left behind, all levels welcome). These events are free, but please register online if you plan to attend.

- Doors open at 6 PM
- Quick meet & greet, followed by a discussion on NUTRITION & FUELING from Cody Moore, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and local mountain athlete.
