The 16th Wineglass 8K is the first event in the Wineglass Race Series Challenge. The Wineglass 8K is traditionally held the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. A great way to kick off the summer. The Wineglass 8K is the first race in the Riesling and Pinot Challenges. The 8K (4.97) is a flat course that starts and finishes on the Corning-Painted Post High School Track. There is a 2 hour course time limit.
The Wineglass 8K offers a virtual option if you want to challenge yourself and take on one of the Challenges you can participate either in-person or virtually (for ONLY the 8K).

To introduce area youth to the joys and benefits of physical fitness, the Wineglass Race Series is proud to host the Wineglass Kids Run. Its a great chance to meet other kids who share an interest in running and a super way to have fun, stay fit & healthy, and kick off summer. The Wineglass Kids Run is a series of mini-races ranging in distance from 50 meters to 800 meters (half a mile). The Wineglass Kids Run is open to children between 3 and 8 years of age. All participants will receive: A race t-shirt A special prize A snack and a drink
