The 17th Wineglass 8K is the first event in the Wineglass Race Series Challenge. The Wineglass 8K is traditionally held the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend (May 23, 2026). A great way to kick off the summer. The Wineglass 8K is the first race in the Riesling and Pinot Challenges. The 8K (4.97) is a flat course that starts and finishes on the Corning-Painted Post High School Track. There is a 2 hour course time limit.
The Wineglass 8K offers a virtual option if you want to challenge yourself and take on one of the Challenges you can participate either in-person or virtually (for ONLY the 8K).
The Wineglass Kids Run presented by Guthrie & Dick's Sporting Goods is a series of mini-races ranging in distance from 50 meters to 800 meters (half a mile). The Wineglass Kids Run is open to children between 3 and 8 years of age.
