This year, participants can look forward to exciting new features, including an upgraded glow-in-the-dark medal and a fresh t-shirt design! For those who prefer a more budget-friendly option, an Economy registration is now available, and if you can’t make it to the event in person, you can still join in with a virtual option. Virtual participants can pick up their shirt and medal at the airport by contacting the organizers. The Wings of Mercy Runway 5K Run / Competitive Walk and Fenton Foot Care 1 Mile Fun Run / Walk will be twilight races along the Runway and Taxiways of the Linden Price's Airport. This unique 5k race benefits Wings of Mercy East Michigan, Inc.
Wings of Mercy East Michigan, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that coordinates free flights to distant medical centers for individuals with limited financial resources. Using general aviation aircraft and volunteer pilots, they serve recipients on flights within approximately 600 miles of Eastern Michigan.
