Join TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS, for the Winter 2024/2025 Full & Half Marathon Training in Holly Springs! This 16-week program, led by Coach Dave Gross, is designed to help adults of all levels train for a full or half marathon. With 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength workouts, and Saturday group long runs, participants will receive a comprehensive training experience. The class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Pace Yourself Run Company in Holly Springs, with additional meet-up locations throughout the Triangle area. The cost is $85 if you register by 11/17/24, and includes a 16-week training schedule, coach-led workouts, seminars, discounts at local running stores, and more. WINTER 2024/2025 FULL & HALF MARATHON TRAINING IN HOLLY SPRINGS is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.
The class is 16 WEEKS LONG and is geared toward helping adults train for a full or half marathon: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time. All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 16 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. The coached group runs are in person, though this class can be done virtually when you miss: all info will be provided on the group run & route ahead of time so that trainees can run separately at another time if they need to.
COST OF THE CLASS IS $85 IF YOU REGISTER BY 11/17/24. Registration cost from 11/18 - 12/15 is $90. Deadline to register is 12/15. No refund or class credit if you drop the class after registering.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.
COST INCLUDES: 16-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, in-class/virtual seminars on running-related topics, strength training plan, coach-led Saturday group long runs, 15% off merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.

THE CLASS WILL MEET ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS AT PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY (242 S MAIN STREET, SUITE 102, HOLLY SPRINGS 27540), WITH SOME MEET-UP DAYS AT: WOMBLE PARK, HOLLY GROVE MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK, AND TING PARK. SATURDAY RUN LOCATIONS VARY WEEKLY AND ROTATE THROUGHOUT THE TRIANGLE AREA.
