Winter 2024 Kids Speed & Conditioning - Cary

WINTER 2024 KIDS SPEED & CONDITIONING TRAINING IN CARY is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.

Class is 8 WEEKS LONG, meeting once per week, and is geared toward KIDS AGED 8-14 YEARS OLD. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 40 registrants.

COST OF THE CLASS IS $65.

COST INCLUDES: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a swag item.

PROGRAM DATES: JANUARY 13, 2024 - MARCH 2, 2024. 1 class per week: Saturdays 4-5pm. Class will be capped at 30 registrations. THE CLASS WILL MEET AT DAVIS DRIVE PARK, (1610 DAVIS DRIVE, APEX, NC 27523).
