Led by Coach Holly Kane, the class will meet once a week on Wednesdays from January 8th to February 26th at Apex Nature Park in Holly Springs, Wake. The cost is $65 and includes 8 coached workouts, a season training plan, 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company, educational materials from The Running PTs, and a training shirt. WINTER 2025 KIDS SPEED & CONDITIONING TRAINING IN APEX is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.
Class is 8 WEEKS LONG, meeting once per week, and is geared toward KIDS AGED 8-14 YEARS OLD OF ALL LEVELS AND PACES. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 30 registrants.
COST OF THE CLASS IS $65. No refund and no class credit if you drop out of the class after registering.
COST INCLUDES: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.
