Led by Coach Balaji Karthikeyan, the class will meet once a week on Saturdays from January 11th to March 1st, 2025. The class will be capped at 40 registrants and will take place at Davis Drive Park in Apex, NC, with the final class at Mills Park Middle School in Cary. The cost of the class is $65 and includes 8 coached workouts, a season training plan, a training shirt, and more. WINTER 2025 KIDS SPEED & CONDITIONING TRAINING IN CARY is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.
Class is 8 WEEKS LONG, meeting once per week, and is geared toward KIDS AGED 8-14 YEARS OLD. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 40 registrants.
COST OF THE CLASS IS $65. No refund and no class credit if you drop out of the class after registering.
COST INCLUDES: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

PROGRAM DATES: JANUARY 11, 2025 - MARCH 1, 2025. 1 class per week: Saturdays 4-5pm. Class will be capped at 40 registrations. THE CLASS WILL MEET AT DAVIS DRIVE PARK, (1610 DAVIS DRIVE, APEX, NC 27523) for the 1st seven classes. Final class will be held at Mills Park Middle School (441 Mills Park Drive, Cary 27519) on the track.
