Join us for the much-anticipated Winter Seminar 2025, taking place on April 5-6 in the vibrant city of Winston-Salem, Forsyth! This annual event, which has been inspiring runners since 1988, will feature an esteemed keynote speaker and offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow running enthusiasts in a lively social atmosphere.
Kicking off the weekend is the exciting CraftHalf event, where participants can choose from various race distances including a 1 Mile, 5K, CraftDouble (1M & 5K), or the challenging Half Marathon. Plus, renowned runner Mirna will be on-site to run alongside participants, adding to the fun! After the races, celebrate at the Community Block Party hosted by Foothills Brewery, with a lineup of exceptional breweries joining the festivities. The weekend culminates with an empowering speech and book signing on Saturday evening, followed by a rejuvenating free yoga session in Bailey Park on Sunday. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to engage with the community while supporting the relief efforts from Hurricane Helene!

TCTC's Winter Seminar is an annual event that features a keynote runner-focused speaker in a social setting. The event has been held every year since 1988 and has featured such notables as: Keira D'Amato, Des Linden, Dave McGillivray, Bill Rodgers, Zola Budd, Bart Yasso, and Jeff Galloway, to name a few.
TCTC WINTER SEMINAR WEEKEND had to be postponed due to inclement weather. THE NEW DATE IS APRIL 5-6!
_PROCEEDS FROM THE "A RUN FOR THE HILLS" VIRTUAL RUN, SPEECH TICKET SALES, AND BOOK SALES WILL BENEFIT WESTERN NC RELIEF EFFORTS FROM HURRICANE HELENE! ADDITIONAL DONATIONS MAY BE GIVEN USING THE DONATE BUTTON ABOVE...OR DURING REGISTRATION FOR THE CRAFTHALF RACES!_
The weekend will kick off with a dynamic partnership with Junction311 and their CraftHalf Half Marathon & 5K. Participants may choose a 1 Mile, 5K, CraftDouble (1M & 5K)...or for those really "Mirnavated"...the Half Marathon! Mirna will be available that morning at the Twin City Track Club and lululemon tents prior to the race start. She will be running also!! The festivities continue after the race with a Community Block Party featuring Foothills Brewery as the event host with up to 12 additional exceptional breweries joining in the celebration!
The excitement continues on Saturday evening with an empowering speech and Q & A session with our guest speaker, followed by a book sale and signing.
On Sunday, we'll wrap up the weekend with a rejuvenating free yoga session in Bailey Park. We've jam-packed this weekend with events designed to inspire and encourage active engagement from our community!
