Participants will take on an exciting half-distance triathlon, which begins with a 1.2-mile swim in the beautiful waters of Lake Monona. After the swim, athletes will tackle a scenic 56-mile bike ride through the picturesque rolling hills of Dane County, culminating in a stunning 13.1-mile run along the shores of Lake Monona.
But that's not all! The event also features the Li'l MooMAN Kids Dash, encouraging young ones aged 1 to 14 to join in the fun. With distances ranging from a short .01 mile for the littlest racers to a 1-mile challenge for older kids, this is a wonderful opportunity to promote a healthy lifestyle in the community. Come out to cheer on these budding athletes and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at this fantastic event!

In 2021 The American College of Sports Medicine ranked Madison in the top 5 fittest U.S. cities. Come swim, bike, and run with us while we take you on a tour of our great city. You won't be disappointed!
The race will grace the shores along iconic Olin Park in both Madison and Monona, two great cities in Wisconsin. Start with a 1.2 mile swim in the historic waters of Lake Monona, then bike 56 miles among the endless rolling hills of Dane County, south of Madison. Finally, a picturesque 13.1 mile run along the shores of Lake Monona.
