Organiser's Description
Without Limits summer conditioning is designed to give young XC runners an edge in the fall. Practices are organized and lead by Coach Trey McCain.
Runners will learn to build an aerobic base, improve strength, agility, and speed. Other topics of discussion will include nutrition, racing tactics, and what it means to be on a XC team. Runners need a good pair of running shoes, yoga mat, water bottle with water or preferred beverage.
Coach Trey has worked with a variety of runners that have gone on to achieve personal bests, conference championships, state championships, and promotions in the military.
Conditioning starts 5/25 and goes through 8/2
