Get ready for an exciting summer of cross country training at the Without Limits Columbia XC Coaching event! From May 23 to July 11, 2025, young runners in Columbia, Lexington will have the unique opportunity to enhance their skills and prepare for the upcoming fall season. Under the guidance of Coach Trey McCain, participants will engage in conditioning practices focused on building an aerobic base, improving strength, agility, and speed.

This enriching program will also cover essential topics such as nutrition and racing tactics, helping athletes understand what it means to be part of a cross country team. Practices will run from 8 AM to 10 AM, making it a perfect way to kickstart the day. Runners are encouraged to bring a good pair of running shoes, a yoga mat, and a water bottle filled with their favorite beverage.
