JOIN US FOR THE 5TH ANNUAL SANTA SHUFFLE 5K RUN/WALK AND KIDS' ELF DASH ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2024 AT 11:00AM IN DOWNTOWN MIDWAY.
We're shifting our race to historic downtown Midway, Kentucky this year. Come join the race fun and then stroll around downtown for shopping and dining.
Our race will benefit 2 local charities --
COPS FOR KIDS INC. which is a collaborative effort to raise funds throughout he year in order to provide gifts to underprivileged children of Versailles, Midway & Woodford County at Christmas. The organization also provides clothing, toys & school supplies to children who are victims of fire, flood or other natural disaster or tragedy on an as needed basis throughout the year. The JERI HARTLEY FOUNDATION whose mission is to honor Jeri Hartley's unwavering faith in God, compassion for Woodford County, and dedication to uplifting the lives of all residents. Inspired by Jeri Hartleys deep compassion and commitment to Woodford County, the Foundation stands as a testament to the enduring impact of Jeris life, legacy, and faith. Her unwavering dedication to local addiction recovery programs, charitable endeavors, local businesses, schools, and civic engagement continues to make an impact. Through meaningful initiatives, collaborative partnerships, and impactful outreach, we strive to embody Jeris spirit by fostering hope, kindness, and spiritual growth at the heart of this community.
PACKET PICKUP Our packet pickup will be held on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12TH FROM 9AM-4PM at the Offices of the Woodford County Chamber of Commerce (Address: 126 S Main St, Versailles, KY 40383) You may pick up for a friend/family member with no credentials, paperwork or ID required. We'll also have race day PPU on race morning, Saturday, December 13th from 9:45-10:45am in downtown Midway.

A chip-timed 5K (3.1 miles) on paved downtown streets in Midway. Awards will be presented for our Top 3 M/F finishers and 5-year age groups. Walkers, strollers, and dogs on fixed-length leashes are welcomed. -
Kids' Elf Dash

A FREE untimed 1/4 mile Kids' Dash to kick off our morning of racing. There will be no awards presented for this race. Kids will receive a participation medal. Kids wishing to add on the purchase of a commemorative shirt will pay $10. Race is for kids ages 2-10. -
Virtual Runner/Walker
Incl. $3.25 Fee & Commemorative Long-Sleeved Race T-Shirt

If you can't participate in person, consider joining us as a Virtual Runner/Walker. For your $30 donation, we'll mail your commemorative race shirt, and you can run/walk your own Santa Shuffle 5K in your hometown on your schedule. This allows people to support our race & charity from anywhere in the United States. -

We will need 6-8 energetic volunteers to work a race day shift from 9:30am-1:00pm to help make the race a great experience for our runners/walkers. All volunteers will earn a commemorative race shirt and a good feeling for helping out.
