Organiser's Description
Working Triathlete Coach Derek Owens will be hosting a mid-season camp from July 25-28 in the iconic triathlon hub of Boulder, Colorado. At this camp, youll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the challenging yet inspiring training grounds where many of the top professionals live and train, surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains. This exclusive camp offers the perfect blend of intense mid-season training, insights from seasoned coaches and exciting guests, and the chance to connect with fellow Working Triathletes from across the country, all while getting a fitness bump by training a mile above sea level!
CAMP OVERVIEW
* 3 swims (1 OWS in race environment)
* 2 bikes (1 long, 1 short/easy)
* 3 runs (1 5K in race environment, 1 key track session, 1 long run)
* 1 strength session
* 5 hours of hands-on informational sessions led by experts and Working Triathlete coaches
