The RunDot Project is a research initiative that helps RunDot quantify and enhance the performance gains that RunDot's Optimized Training delivers over training alternatives.
Course Details
This will be an out-and-back route. Start and End Point will be the TM Berry International Friendship Park.
Route will be along the Ohio River Trail.
Turn around point will be at the western end of Smales Riverfront Park.
