Join us every Monday and Thursday morning from 7:45 to 9:00 AM, with sessions hosted at two fantastic locations: Foxhall Clubhouse and Twin Hickory Park. Whether you're preparing for cross country races or looking to elevate your running game, this program is designed to meet you where you are. Led by the dedicated and experienced Coach Linsey Cousins, who brings her passion for running and expertise in exercise science to the forefront, this program promises to instill discipline, resilience, and a love for the sport. A preseason training camp for middle/high school runners that will help build a strong base and smart habits.
We believe great seasons are built before the first day of practice. Our mission is to help middle/high school athletes lay a strong foundation while developing habits that fuel long term success in running and in life.
Over the course of eight weeks athletes will:
-Build aerobic capacity through smart, progressive mileage
-Learn proper warm up and cool-down routines to stay healthy
-Strength and mobility work to run stronger and prevent injury
-Develop discipline, resilience, and a passion for the process.
Our training is designed to meet each runner where they arewhether they are preparing for cross country or looking to take their racing to the next level.
Target Audience: Athletes looking to improve their fitness in the offseason through aerobic endurance and strength and conditioning. Need to miss a week due to vacation, coach will send you the training for the week to do on your own.

Led by Coach Linsey Cousins. A lifelong runner and passionate youth endurance coach. She began her running career in high school and walked on to her college cross country and track and field team. Linsey has a masters in exercise science with a focus on sports performance and is USATF level 1 coach. Her approach blends smart training and injury prevention to meet each athlete where they are.
