Start your Spring off right! Spring into fitness with the YMCAs annual 5k walk/run open to all ages. All proceeds benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign which supports the Ys mission to strengthen our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. At the Y, we believe that lasting personal and social changes can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors. Every day, we work to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

Bicycles, roller skates, rollerblades and all other wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs and strollers) are prohibited from the race in order to ensure the safety of runners. We also consider the use of headphones in running events to be a safety hazard and caution you to be careful when using them during the race. Children ages 6 and under must walk/run with an adult.
