The Junior Triathlon for ages 6-15 features a 100-yard swim, a 4-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run, while the Kindertry for ages 4-8 includes a 25-yard swim, a 1-mile bike ride, and a fun 0.25-mile run. There's also an Adaptive Youth Triathlon for athletes aged 6-18, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun!

THE YMCA STRONG KIDS TRIATHLON IS THE PERFECT WAY TO SPEND YOUR LABOR DAY, WATCHING KIDS PARTICIPATE IN THE GREAT SPORT OF TRIATHLON. WITH TWO DISTANCES BASED ON AGE, THIS EVENT WILL BE FUN FOR EVERYONE. WE ARE EXCITED TO BRING YOUTH TRIATHLON BACK TO THE GREENVILLE AREA.
