Whether you dare to be chased by zombies or prefer to run in stealth mode, there’s a spot for everyone. Wear a white shirt if you’re joining the chase and risk getting marked as "infected" with colorful powder, or don a black shirt to activate your immunity and enjoy a stress-free run. Set your alarm for a 9:00 AM start time at the Indian Foothills park, conveniently located near the tennis courts, and make sure to arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM for check-in.

THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE HAS ARRIVED! DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO _SURVIVE?_
The Zombie OUT Run 5k Chase Race Presented by Missouri Valley Women's Wrestling is a unique 5k race where you will have the option to be chased by zombies and see if you have what it takes to survive.
If you would like to PARTICIPATE in the zombie chase we ask you to WEAR A WHITE SHIRT. This will allow our zombies to know who is participating in the chase portion of the race. If you are caught by a zombie we will be using colored powder to mark you as_ INFECTED!_
Not interested in being chased but want to run the course? That is perfectly fine. In this zombie world they can not see the color black. _WEAR A BLACK SHIRT TO ACTIVATE YOUR IMMUNITY _from the zombies and they WILL NOT CHASE YOU during the race.
The 5k will start at 9:00 AM at the Indian Foothills park in front of the tennis courts and finish in the Burns parking lot at Missouri Valley College. We ask you to arrive between 8:00 AM- 8:45 AM for Check in.
POST RACE CELEBRATION
We will be having our post race celebration an eyeshot away from the finish line at Marshall's newest restaurant, THE VALLEY CANTEEN!
All proceeds will be split with Missouri Valley Women's Wrestling 50/50 between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM after the race!
