The 7th annual Brighter Futures 5K Run/Walk, benefiting Kids' Chance of PA, is a professional, chip-timed event on the Lancaster Junction Recreation Trail. The crushed stone trail is flat, shaded, and scenic.

All proceeds directly support the Friends of Pam Reynolds Memorial Scholarship, part of Kids' Chance of PA's named scholar partner program.

Race Amenities include: goody bags; door prizes; water station; restrooms; free parking; post-race snacks; cash prizes for overall winners; age group recognition.
